Portrait of Shelby Mohrs

Shelby Ann Mohrs, M.A.

I'm an archaeologist whose research uses paleoethnobotanical techniques to study how and what people in the past were eating day to day. My current research focuses on Zanzibari cuisine across the Archipelago. My research sits at the intersection of heritage studies, food studies, environmental science, and archaeology.
